#1 One-click Microsoft 365 Full Account Restore
When data loss strikes, nothing is better than a one-click restore. You can now comprehensively restore Microsoft (Office) 365 Email, Calendar, Notes, Contacts, and Tasks for a user with a single click of the “Recovery” button. Then relax, we will notify you when the full mailbox restore is complete.

#2 Salesforce Recovery Enhancements: Granular Recovery of Salesforce Metadata - Reports, Dashboards, Workflows
Need to restore Salesforce reports, dashboards, or workflows? Recover Salesforce objects of your choice with granular restore of key root metadata types. Post restore, you will receive a detailed email report of the metadata recovery status.

#3 Salesforce Recovery Enhancements: Search Based on Last Modified User
An employee accidentally updated several Account objects, but you’re not sure how to recover them? Use the “UpdatedBy” option and recover (export/restore) items that were updated by the specific user.
3.3 Search using the “Updated By” filter to recover all items that were last updated by a specific user

#5 Partner Portal: Easy Troubleshooting From Dashboard
The Partner Portal dashboard now has a clickable backup status so MSPs can quickly identify recently failed entities per specific customer. Clicking on “Succeeded”, “Partially Succeeded”, or “Failed” will directly take you to the Activity Log, so you can troubleshoot issues, if any, ASAP.
