You can see your total Gmail, Google Workspace and Team Drive storage sizes by following these steps:
- Log in to your G-Suite environment as an administrator, and select Reports.
2. On the left menu, click Reports >App reports > Accounts.
3. Scroll down until you see the Storage used by apps section.
4. On the displayed page, you can find the storage size by moving the mouse over the right-most point on the graph. The actual utilized storage size for Gmail, Google Workspace, and Team Drive (Shared Drive) is then displayed.
