Wading through your numerous customers’ backup summary reports, looking for any anomalies or red flags, can be very time-consuming. CloudAlly has integrated with two products, Autotask, which provides Professional Services Automation, and Backup Radar, which does Remote Monitoring and Management. Your consolidated task-level reports and customers' back up health statuses will be seamlessly integrated with both Autotask’s and Backup Radar's dashboards. A quick look at the dashboards will alert you to any issues across your entire customer base, thus saving time and increasing productivity.
Once you subscribe to Autotask, and follow the steps below, we will begin sending Autotask your daily reports, so they can manage your information on their dashboard.
To use Autotask to simplify your CloudAlly information, follow these steps:
- Subscribe to Autotask.
- Open a CloudAlly support ticket here. Send us:
- Your Autotask ID
- Your Autotask password
- The email address you’d like your reports to be sent to.
Once the CloudAlly support representative has enabled Autotask, CloudAlly will send any backup task failure reports to the email address provided, starting from the next backup cycle. This information is then integrated into the Autotask dashboard, for the customer or Partner to review.
CloudAlly has also integrated with Backup Radar.
To use Backup Radar to simplify your CloudAlly information, follow these steps:
- Subscribe to Backup Radar.
- Open a CloudAlly support ticket here.
- Send us your unique Backup Radar email address, where your reports will be sent to.
Once the CloudAlly support representative has enabled Backup Radar reporting, CloudAlly will send a report to the email address provided, starting from the next backup cycle. The report covers all of the Partners’ backup tasks of all customers, and provides the backup status at the task level. This information is then integrated into the Backup Radar dashboard, for the Partner to review.
